CYH Remote Coaching
What is it?
CYH Remote Coaching has two main components:
Nutrition and lifestyle habit coaching.
Personalized training programming.
Both are based on your goals and skill level.
The first step is figuring out where you want to go. What’s your big health and fitness goal?
The next step is finding out where you are at. What are you ready, willing and able to do now?
Then we use our coaching app to deliver best-in-class nutrition, workouts, and lifestyle coaching. You’ll get daily lessons, actions, check ins, and more.
All personalized to your health and fitness goals and your skill level right now.
As your coach, we will be able to support you by answering questions, offering encouragement, and tracking progress through the MYCOACH interface.
Here are just some of the things we can work on together:
practice new eating habits,
tackle your biggest challenges,
stay consistent, motivated, and accountable,
train for fat-loss, strength, general fitness, mobility, and just feeling better
radically improve your nutrition, lifestyle, and health.

How does the MYCOACH app work?
CYH Remote Coaching is not something you just read and then try to figure out on your own.
Through the MYCOACH app, you’ll be in communication with your coach to help you understand what you’re working on and receive daily actions that support your overall goal.
When you accomplish the action for the day, you get to tick it off and feel awesome about doing something for yourself!
We all know that taking action is where results come from.
The only thing we ask of you is to try and do the best you can each day.
And you won’t be alone during this process! As your coach, we get to see every check-in and if you’re struggling, we will reach out!
You’ll also have a direct link to us and can always ask questions along the way. We are here to help!
